Ingredients
- 1 (3-4 pound) chuck roast
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4-5 pepperoncini peppers
Instructions
- Place your chuck roast in the bottom of your crockpot.
- Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus mix evenly over the roast.
- Cut the butter into slices and place them on top of the roast. Add the pepperoncini peppers.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4-5 hours.
- Shred the meat with two forks and mix everything together.
Notes
Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or in a sandwich. Leftovers taste even better the next day!
