Ingredients

  • 1 (3-4 pound) chuck roast
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4-5 pepperoncini peppers

Instructions

  1. Place your chuck roast in the bottom of your crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus mix evenly over the roast.
  3. Cut the butter into slices and place them on top of the roast. Add the pepperoncini peppers.
